He also worked on product development, client advisory, and risk analytics. Prior to joining Wealthbrix Capital Partners Limited, she was Associate Director at Equiom, supporting firms in the UAE, ADGM, and Qatar with compliance reviews, filings, and AML processes.
She’s also worked as an outsourced MLRO and Compliance Officer for DFSA-regulated entities: hands-on roles that involved audits, onboarding reviews, and policy building. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Zurich Insurance, Talbot Underwriting, Sidra Capital, and ICICI Bank, moving between governance, internal audit, and operational risk.
She holds a postgraduate diploma in insurance and risk management from BIMTECH, and certifications including CAMS, Cert CII, and the ICA Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention.
Risk Officer
Prior to joining Wealthbrix Capital Partners Limited, Ghassan has spent over two decades working across risk, audit, and regulatory advisory in the financial services space. He’s the founder of Paragon Consulting Partners, a UAE-based firm that works with banks, fintechs, and asset managers on everything from licensing and compliance to sustainability reporting and internal audit.
Before launching Paragon, he led conduct and enterprise risk at HSBC, focusing on wholesale lending and capital markets. He also headed risk assurance at J. Awan & Partners and held audit roles with Bank of America and Barclays across the region.
His experience spans operational resilience, governance reviews, and regulatory transformation. Ghassan holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and is a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).

Ambreen Manzoor is a Chartered Accountant and accomplished finance professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and audit. She currently serves as Senior Manager – I&C Client Services at Equiom Group in DIFC. She oversees financial operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives strategic financial planning.
Previously, Ambreen held key roles such as Finance Manager at SmartCrowd and Senior Executive at Nexdigm Consulting Limited. She specializes in IFRS-compliant financial reporting, VAT compliance, and regulatory filings with the DFSA. Her career began with audit and finance roles at Ernst & Young LLP.
Ambreen is a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where she earned her Chartered Accountancy qualification.

Anita has worked across global markets for over 35 years with experience spanning real estate, asset management, equities, and investment strategy in India, the UAE, and the UK. Prior to joining Wealthbrix Capital Partners Limited, she spent more than two decades at Emirates NBD, including 11 years with the CIO Office, where she led equity strategy and contributed to the bank’s global asset allocation and tactical direction.
She was a member of key committees and worked closely with HNW clients, family offices, and institutions. Her earlier roles at the bank included senior positions in proprietary investments and fiduciary fund management. She has been a regular market spokesperson for Emirates NBD and a speaker on global investment themes. She holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BA in Economics from Loreto College, Lucknow.

Amar is a senior portfolio manager with over two decades of experience in global fixed income markets. Prior to joining Wealthbrix Capital Partners Limited, he served as Senior Portfolio Manager at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, where he managed discretionary macro strategies and led emerging market alpha generation through macroeconomic and country-level analysis. He also oversaw sovereign and agency investments across currencies, and represented the institution at global investor roundtables, including IMF meetings.
Earlier, he spent over a decade at BlackRock in London and New York, managing over $40 billion in assets across multi-currency bond portfolios. He also worked on product development, client advisory, and risk analytics. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA charter holder.

Rosario has worked in private banking for more than 25 years with a focus on operations, governance, and business risk. Prior to joining Wealthbrix Capital Partners Limited, he held senior roles at Credit Suisse, ADCB, and Mashreq, where he managed cross-border teams and led regulatory, compliance, and operational risk functions across wealth management businesses. At Credit Suisse, he helped set up the firm’s DIFC platform and later supported the Middle East and India operations during a period of expansion.
He has worked closely with regional regulators and internal audit teams, and has led major projects in onboarding, AML, and policy implementation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and is an associate member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
